1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and naghd88 ("naghd88", "we", "us", "our") concerning your access to and use of the naghd88 online casino, sports betting platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). Access to and use of the naghd88 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. naghd88 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or access any game or betting market on the Platform under any circumstances.

naghd88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by naghd88 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of naghd88 features — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, slots, and cricket betting — you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. naghd88 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of naghd88.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

naghd88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following locally available payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank may be available subject to your account verification status.

All deposits credited to your naghd88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. naghd88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not registered to the account holder, naghd88 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: The current minimum single deposit is ৳200. naghd88 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Minimum withdrawal: The current minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: naghd88 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
• Identity verification before withdrawal: naghd88 may require account verification — including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID — before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure designed to protect users from fraud.
• Currency: All naghd88 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any conversion from other currencies will be applied at the rate determined by naghd88 at the time of the transaction.

naghd88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may impose their own charges. naghd88 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all naghd88 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. naghd88 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the naghd88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to play games, place bets, or otherwise interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy with other users designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the naghd88 Platform — including but not limited to the naghd88 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of naghd88 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the naghd88 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to:

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naghd88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the naghd88 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

naghd88 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While naghd88 invests significantly in platform reliability and 24/7 uptime, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond naghd88's control.

• Gambling losses: naghd88 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. All gambling involves risk, and you accept that risk by choosing to play.
